These terms apply to the optional paid Business features of Cloudata Text Expander. Cloudata provides the extension and is the seller of the service. Google is not the seller and does not process the subscription.
Plans and trial
The Free plan provides the basic functionality described in the extension. Business Monthly costs USD 1 per licensed user each month. Business Annual costs USD 10 per licensed user each year. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.
New Business subscriptions include a seven-day trial. A payment method is required, but the first subscription charge is delayed until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial end shown at checkout to avoid the first charge.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. Customers can cancel, change plans, update payment details, and view invoices through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked from the extension. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the current paid period or trial ends.
Payment provider
Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and securely handles checkout, payment details, taxes, receipts, and billing records. Its checkout terms and privacy notices also apply to each transaction. Cloudata and the extension do not receive or store full payment-card details.
License and access
Each paid license is for one user and may be activated only up to the device limit shown at checkout. A valid subscription, purchase email, and license key are required. Access may be suspended when a key is refunded, disabled, expired, shared beyond its limit, or used fraudulently.
Refund policy
The trial is provided so customers can evaluate Business before the first charge. Processed payments are generally non-refundable except for duplicate or unauthorized charges, a verified failure by Cloudata to provide the paid service, or where applicable law requires a refund. Submit a request within 14 days of the charge through the support website and include the purchase email and order reference. An approved refund ends the related paid entitlement.
Changes
Price or material term changes apply prospectively and will be communicated before they affect a renewal. Existing subscriptions retain their current provider price unless the customer changes plan or accepts a new price.
